This experience takes you back in time and is all about life in the area of Wenduine around 1900.
Your virtual guide, Bries, will take you on a wonderful journey.
You'll explore the beach, the dunes, & last but not least, the Hubert Mill.
There, the miller will show you how he works and what being a miller is all about.
With the help of historical references and current maps-data I recreated a visualization of an area reaching from the coastline of Wenduine towards the dunes and the area around the Hubert Mill.
I also created a 3D-version of the Hubert Mill in its state of ca 1900.
For this specific mill, I had to create both exterior as interior, with additional rigging for both. This way it's possible to see how the mill works from the outside as from the inside.
My job for this project was to create the full experience from prototype to final result, in Unity3D.
3D Models, rigging and animations were made in 3ds Max.
